Choose between a studio, 2 or 3-bedroom apartments. Handicapped apartments are also available.  Tenants loves that we are literal steps away from the Alfred University campus, across the street from Alfred State College, and next door to restaurants, banking and hair salons. You’ll be at ease cooking in your kitchen with its expansive counter space and dishwasher. Every room has an abundance of bright natural lighting from thermo-pane windows. Bedrooms are large with generous closets. Relax in the oversized bathroom with full bathtubs. Partially furnished with mini-blinds, couch, double bed, and dinette set making moving hassle free. Utilities included: hot water, water usage, garbage removal. 

Village Center is equipped with sprinkler alarms, hard-wired smoke alarms, easy access control entry, as well as 24-hour security. Every room is internet/cable ready and has individual heat controls. You’ll love the luxury and convenience of having a private Laundromat located on site.  Free parking is provided in our private lot or opts for one of the assigned parking spots directly next to the building. 

No smoking. No pets (unless ESA or Service Animals). Studio apartments are 12-month lease. Two and 3 bedroom apartments are leased fall and spring semester. We pride ourselves on maintaining an immaculately clean and stress-free atmosphere.
